His primary research interest is economic decision-making.\par \par \b John Hacker is a Director of Travel Plan Services \b0 based in Wakefield but working throughout the UK. The Company is responsible for Bank of Amercia Merrill Lynch's Travel Plan prograrmme throughout the UK and Ireland.\cf2\f2\fs24\lang2057 \par \par \cf0\b\f1\fs25\lang6153\par \b0\lang2057 The Council\rquote s recently adopted Sandyford Urban Framework Plan provides a planning framework for the future development of the area. It is predicated on achieving the \b Smarter Travel\b0 mode split targets from private car use to sustainable modes of transport. The Mobility Plan will provide a long term management strategy to be used by organisations in the Sandyford Business District to promote and deliver sustainable transport objectives.\par \par The Council works very closely with the businesses in the area through SBDA \endash the Sandyford Business District Association and they are fully committed to the Mobility Management Plan.
